Kips Bay Pre-Renovation Celebration

The Pre-Renovation celebration for the Kips Bay 44th Annual Decorator Showhouse took place on Thursday March 31st at The Carlton House Townhouse. With an "under construction" theme, designers mingled through the house previewing the spaces before the grand transformation.

The renovations will take a month and ten days to complete! While the designers get to work, plan to attend the opening night reception on May 11, 2016. The house will be open for viewing from May 12th- June 9th.  The designers participating this year are:
